The Commonwealth of Independent States Convention

Today I was very busy at the Commonwealth of Independent States convention. I approved the economical development strategy for the period to 2020 in Chisinau, the capital of Moldova. Also I had bilateral (tiresome) talk with Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.

It was quite hard to speak with Yulia as she pretended not to understand Russian language. I asked her to invite the president of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko next time. As I can easily speak English with him and he will translate from English to Ukrainian for Yulia. All time she mumbled a few words "Maidan" (probably she meant Iron Maiden), "Orange" during our conversation. Finally, thanks for my patience and my linguistic skills some important decision were accepted.

Obama's Presidential Limo

I hope everybody who keeps his eyes open on political news heard about the Giant Cadillac President Limo that GM is working on for Barack Obama. Of course this car will be assembled not in the USA where is GM almost have closed all factories. You probably guess about my hint that Presidential Limo will be build at the Russian assembly plant. This info is the top secret and there is no photo in official newspapers but our KGB officer made a few pictures of Obama with his new Presidential Cadillac, codename "Obamamobil" or "Barackar".

A few months ago my first photo album was released Vladimir Putin: Best Photos. This book contains 300 photos made by 33 photographers for last 8 years. That is not it 2 DVD with 24000 photos are included as bonus to my photo album. And all profit from selling will be donated to Children Fund. Misconseption about Russians and Vodka

Maybe a lot of people heard that Russians are addicted to Vodka that Russians drink Vodka like tea or coffee everyday. And if you visit any Russian city especially not Moscow you will see a lot of drunken people on the streets.

It's a common stereotype that the foreigners have about the Russians. As you may know religions were forbidden in USSR except Orthodox church (even they have some troubles and were not popular). But Russians people since ancient time have had strong connection with Indian yoga. Unfortunately yoga was forbidden in USSR by Communist Party, but it was so popular that people decided to disguise theirs practicing of yoga by the way they are drunk, because Vodka was not forbidden. So here a few pictures, where you can easily recognize well-know yoga exercise on Russians streets.














Right now any religion is allowed in Russia because we respect all onions and cultures. But Indian yoga was evolved into a new style during USSR - Russian yoga, and a lot of people still practice it therefore you can see a plenty of "drunk" people on the Russians streets.But in reality all these people on pictures try to reach harmony and peace through the meditation.

GPS device for my dog

Admittedly Russian scientists are one of the best and advanced scientist in the world. And there is a small example of this fact.

As you may know I have a dog - Labrador Koni. But my workplace (Kremlin) is too big, and sometimes it is very hard to find Koni after work. So I asked my best buddy Sergey Ivanov (our minister of military) to solve this problem somehow.

Of course the simplest solution was to use a leash to tether my dog. But Russia is a country where animals have to be respected, and using of a leash is not humanistic solution. So my friend Sergey Ivanov asked our scientist to develop some humanistic device. And right now I have the collar with GPS for Koni.

Hi,
At the end I have opened my unofficial blog to describe the most important problems that were not touched by my friend Dima (sorry Dmitry) Medvedev, President of Russian Federation. This blog is addition to my official website, but here I am going to present my point of view with less officiality.

Also I have monitored Dmitry Medvedev's blog since the beginning and I have noticed that He does not touch some important political and military (because he specializes in economy) issues, and his opinion should be corrected sometimes. Of course I am going to have some important discussion with him in near future and I have to politically orientate him in some aspects. But right now I want to present you more information about our country and our people. So if you have any question Please do not hesitate to ask it in my blog's comments. Lots of the questions that were asked on my official Russian website did not get response because of huge traffic. So I will try to solve this problem here for English speaking people.

Also a lot of people want to know more about me, my family, my relations with my co-workers. So I am going to describe some of the events of my life and give some comments about my friends.
